Zinrra (“we”, “us”) operates zinrra.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website and related Meta / advertising tools, why we process it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
Who we are

What data we collect
We may process the following categories of personal data:
- Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone, company, website, message) via the contact form, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Technical and usage data from cookies / pixels when enabled (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location, referral URLs, ad click IDs such as fbclid or gclid).
- Meta Platform Data if you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business asset, or ad account to tools we operate for your campaigns (for example page metadata, ad performance metrics, and messaging identifiers needed to deliver the service).
- Payment-related identifiers when you pay invoices through our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on this website).
How we use data
- Respond to enquiries and deliver marketing / website / commerce services you request.
- Measure site and campaign performance (analytics and advertising pixels, when configured).
- Improve our services and keep the website secure.
- Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- Process Meta Platform Data only to provide and improve the services you authorised — not to sell personal data.
Meta Platform Data
If our products or client work use Meta APIs (Ads, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Login, or similar), we process Platform Data according to Meta’s Platform Terms and your instructions as the business customer.
We do not use Platform Data to train unrelated AI models for public distribution. Access is limited to people and systems that need it to deliver the engagement. When the engagement ends or you request deletion, we delete or anonymise Platform Data that is no longer required, except where retention is legally required.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept while we need them to respond and for a reasonable business archive (typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for active projects, invoices, or legal claims). Analytics data follows each provider’s retention settings. You can request earlier deletion as described below.
How to request deletion of your data
You can ask us to delete personal data we hold about you. This right is available to every user who can access our website or Meta-connected apps we operate.
- Email support@zinrra.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the email/phone you used with us.

- Or write to us at the studio address listed above.
We will confirm the request and complete deletion (or explain any legal exception) within 30 days. For Meta App Dashboard settings you may also paste https://zinrra.com/data-deletion as the User Data Deletion instructions URL.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and vendor contracts appropriate to a small studio. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; report concerns to our contact email.
Children
Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. Contact us if you believe we have done so and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
