Delivery Policy

Zinrra sells digital marketing and related professional services. We do not manufacture or ship physical goods. This page exists so payment and marketplace reviewers can confirm how deliverables are provided.
No physical shipping
We do not ship products by courier or post. There is no warehouse fulfilment and no shipping charges for goods.
How services are delivered
- Strategy, reporting, creatives, and documentation are shared digitally (email, WhatsApp, shared drives, or project tools we agree in writing).
- Ad accounts, WhatsApp assets, and websites are configured in the platforms you own or authorise.
- Typical kickoff after payment clearance and required access is 3–10 business days unless a proposal states otherwise.
Service area
We primarily serve businesses in India and remotely across India, Middle East, Southeast Asia. Studio location: Colive Garnet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
