Services

Zinrra provides performance marketing and related digital services (paid media, SEO, WhatsApp, websites, Shopify, social engagement, and consulting). Scope, fees, and timelines for paid work are set in a proposal, statement of work, or invoice.

No performance guarantees

Marketing results depend on product, offer, creative, budget, competition, and platform rules. We do not guarantee ROAS, rankings, leads, or revenue unless a specific written guarantee is signed for that engagement.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, brand assets, and timely approvals.
• Ensure you have rights to materials and audiences you ask us to use.
• Comply with Meta, Google, WhatsApp, and other platform policies for your industry.
• Pay invoices on the stated schedule. Media spend on ad platforms is usually billed by those platforms to your payment method unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Payments

Fees for our services may be collected via bank transfer, UPI, or payment links powered by providers such as Razorpay. Card and UPI data is processed by the payment provider — not stored on this website. Taxes (including GST where applicable) are shown on invoices.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and templates remain ours. Final creatives and deliverables produced for you under a paid engagement transfer to you after full payment, unless otherwise agreed. You grant us a limited right to show anonymised work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or already public.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the website or an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or platform outages outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
