Teams ask for “a marketing strategy” when they mean “where should the next rupee go?”. The honest answer depends on payback time, sales capacity, and whether anyone is already looking.
If people already search for the job you do
Start with Google Ads on purchase-intent clusters, plus a landing page that matches the query. In parallel, give SEO the technical and content work those pages need so you are not renting the same demand forever.
Do not put informational and transactional queries in one budget. Your sales team will feel that mistake before the dashboard does.
If the category is visual and impulse-led
Meta Ads can create demand that search cannot. That only works with an offer a stranger understands in two seconds and an event that is not “clicked the button”. Creative testing is the strategy. Account tinkering is not.
If conversations already happen on WhatsApp
Do not bolt on a blast. Design WhatsApp as a permissioned path from ad or site to a useful thread, then into CRM. Volume without context is just a louder inbox.
A simple rule for mix
- Need pipeline this month and have an offer: paid, tightly measured.
- Have pages that should rank and can ship weekly: SEO as a backlog, not a retainer PDF.
- Have both: one measurement layer. CAC and assisted conversions reported together so channels stop competing in slides.
We wrote this the same way we run performance marketing: pick a job for the money, then give it a page, an event, and a review cadence.
